These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website obsidianloom.com and the connected service Emilia Connect (together, the "Services"), operated by Obsidian Loom. By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services you represent that you meet that requirement and that you have the authority to bind any Google account or other resource you connect.
When you authorize Emilia Connect to access a Google account, you grant Emilia permission to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve on Google's consent screen. You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your connected account, including any messages sent, calendar entries created, or files modified at your request. You may revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Emilia is an AI assistant. Output produced by Emilia — including drafts, summaries, and suggestions — may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any output before acting on it, sending it, or relying on it for any decision.
By opting in at connect.obsidianloom.com/sms-opt-in you agree to receive conversational SMS text messages and account notifications from George Underwood, sent by his personal AI assistant on his behalf. Message frequency may vary; standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. Opting in is voluntary and not a condition of any purchase. See the Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we access and how it is handled.
The Services, including the obsidianloom.com website, Emilia, and all associated software, content, and branding, are owned by Obsidian Loom and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You retain ownership of the content in your connected accounts.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obsidian Loom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Services and revoke any granted permissions at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
